Or you may need to restart your computer or maybe try a different computer.

DO NOT USE INTERNET EXPLORER WITH MYMATHLAB IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE
Try Chrome, Firefox or Safari. My recommendation would be to use Google Chrome.
